Foundation has been amazing, I suffered from severe back pain and joint pain for the last couple of years, Since taking Foundation it has help with my back and joint pain to the point where I have more freedom of movement than I've had in years.
I've got the Creatine on the way to see how it improves my gym progress and general wellbeing.

I love the product. I’ve been able to eliminate five other vitamins per day. My only issue would be, I just feel like it keeps coming earlier every month.

I started taking it a couple of months ago, and I have been able to move and do more. Have severe arthritis in both hips that require hip replacements, and this has helped with the every day ache. I hit a wall in weight loss, and I believe this has helped me get past that wall and keep fighting.

Love it 54 years old and I have had high cholesterol, 4 years now been on all the normal medications for it took myself off. Those medications started doing a few daily exercises and taking foundation. Nutrition, aa couple of months ago, my last blood work came back normal in all perimeters. Tried uploading a video , but it would not upload.

I love this multivitamin. About to get some more bloodwork done again so will post the results, last time they were all good as well had been taking it for a few months already. My knee pain never came back after beginning to take foundation. Just within a day or two. I recommend it to everyone. And the bottles always get to my house in time before the previous bottle is done. Can’t express how much I love it.

I had stopped taking multivitamins years ago. I started out with great conviction, but it didn't last. Fast forward to now. I decided that it was time that I start up with a multivitamin again. Typically OTC vitamins have labels cluttered with too much information. Just try to compare one to another. It's dizzying. Along comes Crowder with Foundation Daily. It's simple and as complete as I need it to be. I've developed a routine where I take it first thing in the morning. So easy. I've never gotten an upset stomach. It's been a few months and I've stayed with the routine. I signed up for auto ship to get some savings. I think what I've noticed the most is a positive effect on my emotions. I feel I'm in a better frame of mind throughout the day. If I had one recommendation.. it would be to eliminate or reduce the shipping costs.

My initial impressions are good. After almost 2 weeks of daily use I haven't noticed anything negative. The the 1st week I started to feel just a little better overall. I deliver beverages with a two wheeled dolly, off of a 43' sideload trailer, to multiple stops a day. So its easy to tell when I'm feeling optimal or not. And I have been moving better as I've stayed consistent with the daily doses.
My diet could use a lot of improvement so that may be why I am noticing slight changes so soon. Until I start cooking whole foods for myself again, I think I'll stick with Foundation.
Foundation has been a value-added to my daily intake!

I've used daily vitamins and supplements for all my life and in the decades I have, I have not experienced a product like this.
I was initially skeptical but color me surprised after only a week of consistent dosage I feel, more vibrant I suppose would be the most accurate term.
It's almost as if my body is getting things it was missing out on. Definitely recommend over taking multiple pills and supplements daily this product definitely does as advertised.

I just opened up a new bottle of the vitamins and was hoping someone could explain the difference in color of the pills. Did you change your formula? Somehow did I get a bad batch?

It's hard to discern what all difference was made with hip surgery and PT, but I've improved and feel better overall. It's nice to take one pill whereas before I was taking several different ones B12 etc
